Tecnu®, for those who think (or know) they may have been exposed. I've been to plenty of places where the poison ivy vines are as big around as a man's arm and cause a certain itching just in the remembering. I won't go to those sites without a bottle of Tecnu. Tecnu's cleanser is 100% effective in preventing the rash from poison ivy, oak and sumac, if used within 8 hours after exposure.
