*Free Shipping Exclusions: Due to size and weight, some items are ineligible for free shipping and carry a surcharge, including but not limited to boats, snowboards, and other large items. These items will have a note on the product page. FREE Shipping applies for purchase totals of $99 and over that are shipped within the lower 48 states.
BOATING SHIPPING POLICY: Kenco offers two shipping options to the lower 48 states for most of our boats. We have standard LTL (less-than-truckload) freight shipping, which delivers to your nearest freight terminal. We also offer courier shipping with first-to-final-mile delivery, which means that your boat will stay on one truck and will not change hands from our door to your door. After you place your order, we will contact you with cost and delivery estimates for both options and you can choose the one that works best for you. We ask that you inspect your boat for any shipping damage prior to signing for and accepting the delivery.
+Expedited Shipping: These are estimates only - currently we offer expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis for phone orders only; we will obtain a shipping estimate and bill you for the shipping cost.

Using In-Store Pickup? 

  • When you place your order online, please tell us the name of the person who will be picking up your order from the store.
  • Your order should be available for pick up Monday –Friday between 10 am and 5 pm, 24 hours after the order date. Custom orders, please allow three day production time before pick up. If the times are inconvenient call us and we will try and make other arrangements.
  • You must pick up your order from the store within 45 days of placing your order online. Orders that have not been claimed after 45 days will be automatically returned less a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Same day pick up MAY be available. Please contact customer service Monday- Friday 9am to 4 pm to inquire for availability.
  • Please have a copy of your order receipt and valid identification at the time of pick up.

In-Store Pickup: December 22nd at 12pm to be picked up 12/24. Please note we will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve to give our employees time with their families.

 

 

Please note: When standard shipping is selected, Kenco determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. 

 

Orders Placed by 12 Noon (Eastern) Tuesday - Friday ship same day. Orders placed Saturday-Monday, or after noon, will, barring extraordinary circumstances, ship by the next business day.

Return Policy:

HOW DO RETURNS WORK? 
For items shipped via UPS with tracking numbers beginning in 1Z126 or 1Z33F, returning your items is super easy. From the package tracking page on UPS, click the "Return This Package" button. You'll be given the option to print your return label at home, email the label to be printed, or get a mobile code to show at your local UPS store to print your label there when you drop off your shipment for no extra cost. Put the item back in the box with original tags still attached, unworn and unused, and send it back. We'll pay the return shipping, and you'll get a refund when we get the item back. If the conditions for a free return are not met, we'll still pay for the return, but deduct the cost of the shipment from your refund when we process it. 
 

 

Step One: Track your package on UPS (your tracking number is on the label) and click "Return this package"

 

Step Two: Tell us why you're returning the item(s) and then hit Submit

 

Step Three: Print your label and send it to us! You can email it to yourself, print it from the computer you're using, or send a barcode to your mobile phone to print your label when you get to UPS. 

 


For items shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS with tracking numbers beginning in 1ZF7G or tractor trailer (kayaks, canoes, rowboats), please see below.

Please return your item in the same condition that you received it (still in the package with all of the tags) along with a copy of your packing slip or invoice.
Be sure to include a note that states whether you would like a refund or exchange for a different size or color.
