How do I sign up?
You can sign up in-store and get one of the snazzy cards pictured above. You can also sign up as a new customer on our website by creating an account before you go through a checkout process.
If you're already a rewards customer in the store but want to shop online, use the "Forgot Password" option to assign a password to the same email address on your store record. Not sure if we have your email address, or which one you gave us? Give us a call, we're happy to help.
If you're already a website customer who didn't have the chance to sign up for rewards when you first ordered from us, give us a call during business hours and we can sign you up to start earning!
If you think you have multiple accounts (typos happen, mostly to us!), call us and we can merge all of your records so you have your Rewards in one place.
Why do you need my email address? Are you going to fill my inbox?
Your email address is how we tie your rewards to your account on the website. We will never sell your information. We will send you a monthly Rewards statement showing your current Rewards available. We may also send you exclusive members-only coupons, discounts, or let you know about points-multiplier sales, and we do send out occasional emails with coupons, sales, or store events we think you may be interested in. We're a small team, and we don't have the time to be as pushy as other companies are with their emails.
How do I earn rewards?
In store, make sure we're ringing your purchase up under your correct name. This is where the snazzy card above can help - it has a unique ID number that will identify you in our system the fastest! If you never got one, ask for one next time you stop in.
Online, make sure you're logged into the account that has your Rewards membership before you check out.
For every $10 you spend with us, you will earn $0.20 to spend on your next purchase. You can hold up to $50.00 in Rewards before you'll have to spend some down to keep earning more. You can check your Rewards balance at any time online from the My Account page.
From time to time, we will run special promotions where you can earn extra points on specific items, or during a specific time period. We may also offer special discounts just for our Rewards members!
Get to the good part, how do I redeem rewards?
We want the redemption process to be as easy as possible! In-store, show us your Rewards card or make sure we're ringing you up under the correct account, and any Rewards you have available will pop up on our screen to ask if you want to use them.
Online, make sure you are logged in to the right account. On the checkout page, in Step 5: Payment, click on the words Redeem Rewards Points. It will expand and show you your available Rewards, then you can click the Apply Rewards button to apply to your total due amount.
If you want to pay with PayPal, you will need to complete the checkout page first, except for the credit card information, and redeem your Rewards and apply any coupon codes first, then scroll back up to the PayPal button so that we're sending the correct payment total to PayPal.
